Instead, overeating junk food especially processed, heavy and rich food, can slow down your digestion, leaving you feeling tired and sluggish throughout the day.

Apart from that, one can suffer from chronic diseases, obesity, physical weakness, malnutrition, cancer and etc. Eating unhealthy can harm your gut, impact skin health, blood pressure and much more.

The food you eat should be rich in vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to help you to stay healthy, have higher energy, a better mood and regulated hormones. It should always make you feel your best so you can accomplish your work, and run your daily task and activities efficiently.
